What is UCI ZotPASS?
UCI ZotPASS is an official UCI platform powered by TEDU and funded by The Office for the Vice Provost for Teaching and Learning, with support from the Learning and Academic Resource Center.
How do students benefit?
ZotPASS brings services from across campus into a single environment accessible from a free mobile app. Because it’s an approved UCI platform, no account registration is needed.
How will tutors use it?
Tutors and peer educators from UCI learning support programs can use ZotPASS to keep track of their tutoring commitments at drop-in learning centers or appointment-based support. Tutors can be undergraduates, graduate students, or professional staff who provide tutoring support.
Which departments are using ZotPASS?
Multiple departments have confirmed intent to adopt it, including the Learning and Academic Resource Center, the Center for Excellence in Writing and Communication (Writing Center), the ICS Tutoring Center, Physics Learning Center, the Economics Learning Center, with more adopters expected in the coming quarters.
How will admins benefit?
Program administrators can use the web application to manage their tutoring center services.

How do tutors and students get started?
Anteaters can best access it by downloading the mobile app from their app store. However, students can also visit uci.tedu.app/student. Students log in using their netID credentials.
As a tutor, get started with ZotPASS by visiting the app store or logging in using a browser. If you have not been assigned a tutor role, you will only be able to access the platform as a student user.
